Wedding photography at Sirens restaurant in Williamstown provides opportunity for beach wedding photos without leaving the rear deck of the venue. The foreshore is right at the line of the restaurant, and the water is just meters away. If you're looking for a real "water's edge" wedding venue, then this could be just the place.

The interior of the venue is a little retro- and in many ways has a distinctly marine atmosphere. Some of the pictures look as though they could have been taken on a boat. Old ropes, timber decking and a seaside location combine to make the pictures distinctly resort-like. Not a bad effort, so close to Melbourne!

Treacy Centre Wedding Photography Gallery

These images were shot at a recent wedding at the Treacy Centre nestled in a quiet leafy street in Parkville. The bride arrived early- which made for a beautiful, unflustered entrance. The Treacy Centre gardens were bathed in golden sunlight for the wedding under the stately old oak tree.

The Treacy Centre features some fantastic architecture, as shown in the gallery images below. Wedding photography at the Treacy Centre can switch styles very quickly, depending on the look chosen by the bridal party. There's lots to work with, inside this compact area.

The setting for the complete group shot of everyone present at the wedding, was the rose garden. The photography vantage point was one of the upper level balconies, which provided an aerial perspective on the wedding group shot, and ensured no-one was missed! With a slight touch of theatrical flair- we brought the bridal party forward a little in the shot. These guys are no strangers to performing arts, the bride and groom own the Comic's Lounge in North Melbourne, so it was only fitting that they step out to the front and be seen!

The delightful staircase shot featured in this photo gallery was the Treacy Centre's own staircase- reminiscent of some of the grand buildings within the Melbourne CBD, but with far easier access. The stairs are located immediately inside the main entrance to the Treacy Centre, and they look stunning.

Every bride who is having a Treacy Centre wedding, should consider allocating time for a photo shoot with these beautiful stairs.

We hope you like this gallery, and appreciate the diversity of photographic opportunity from the Treacy Centre.

Forest Edge Wedding | Wedding Photography throughout Forest Edge Gembrook

Forest Edge was host to the recent wedding of this lovely couple, one beautiful afternoon in Spring.

Wedding photography at Forest Edge Restaurant in Gembrook works well, because of the open pan layout of the garden. This enables wedding photographers to move around quickly and create pictures with different viewpoints, all within a short space of time.

Wedding photography at this ceremony was made easier by the cumulo-nimbus clouds in the sky. These clouds have an amount of deeper grey within them. They are heavy moisture bearing clouds- and this works well for creating the look of subtractive lighting when flash is used from the "far" side of the subject. This is called "short lighting" and creates a slightly darker area on the side of the subject's face which is closer to the lens.

Our wedding photography from Forest Edge is seen here, and provides a glimpse into this spectacular location, and nearby surrounds, at Puffing Billy Railway in gembrook, as well as scenes around the Gembrook carpark. These are unlikely sounding candidates- but all photograph extremely well.

Forest Edge weddings are held in the beautiful landscaped grounds of the restaurant, overlooking spectacular mountain country in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Wedding photography can be spoiled for choice in a setting like this- and to add to the treat, there is a nearby property available to the bridal party fo the post- wedding ceremony photography session, which offers spectacular views and settings, if country weddings, rustic wedding photography or winery wedding photos are your preferred style.

The wedding photography at Forest Edge often takes in a nearby property where photographers work with the environment and forest as inspiration.

Wedding ceremonies at Forest Edge can be held in the lovely Bedouin tent, or if you prefer a more rural, rustic setting, you can arrange the use of a barn and have your wedding ceremony in the doorway with the stunning winery garden as a backdrop- this can be in any weather!

After all the documents have been signed and family photos concluded, the bridal party is taken around to the choice, hand-picked wedding photography hot spots, to create memorable wedding photos. Choose from a mini relpica cattleman's hut, old hull in the forest by a pond, open fields, and vineyards.

This private photography session is with the professional photographer- and only for the bridal party. No wedding guests or family members on this one! There are locations which shine in all types of light and weather, and the photographer takes couples to the spots which lend themselves beautifully to the look of the day.

Bram Leigh Wedding Photography Melbourne

Wedding photographer Melbourne images of Bram Leigh weddings, showing the grounds, chapel and reception room, in particular how these sites photograph at night. We have photographed many weddings at Bram Leigh Receptions in Croydon.

Bram Leigh weddings offer something for every season- selected deciduous trees provide a splash of colour in Autumn and less foliage in winter means more light on the ground.

Weddings at Bram Leigh qualify for some amazing generous concessions...

Nightshots- wedding photography at Bram Leigh receptions after dark- is as easy as stepping out the front door during a break in the meal- the optimum time varies with each season, however as the best time for a Bram Leigh wedding changes, so the venue adapts its running sheet to suit this.

Whether it's a summer wedding, autumn wedding or winter wedding, Bram Leigh receptions has something to offer in every season. Did we mention Spring? Spring weddings are great, with foliage regrowth after winter. This is one of the few venues which lends itself well to night wedding photos. Most- but not this one- have been designed in a way that the features used in wedding photography are overshadowed by carparks, guests on patios, or even highway traffic. All important points to consider when anticipating and planning night wedding photography.

Bram Leigh weddings are brought forward in winter, to make use of the light, and some of the photography featured here is from a winter wedding with the leaves still retaining some of their glorious Autumn color.

It was quite fortunate- the right amount of ambient light- and beutiful calm conditions, meant we could quickly get some pre-wedding ceremony photos in before this bride walked down the aisle.
